I chanced upon adult colouring book apps for mobile ^_^ Have downloaded a few to try . Truly therapeutic, stress-relieving and best of all, an outlet for creative expression. Will probably do a review on all the apps I’ve tried. LOVE IT!!! (This piece was done on the app by @sumoingapps)

Wow! I just started coloring and i love it too. Helps me get in touch with my right brain and quieten down by left brain chatter… (now i need a bigger phone screen hee). Thanks for the recommendation!
Cool – I may start art therapy soon, and will hopefully experience what you described. I’m really looking forward!
Though I’m thinking, making art in real life and on one’s mobile device is different. The former is a tactile and a holistic bodily experience (from what I understand). The latter is somewhat more “convenient”, since you only need to tap to colour the white spaces. And usually the aim for colouring apps is to make “nice art”, while art therapy helps the body release emotional expression and the “art” created may not necessarily be… nice?
Ahh well, we’ll see what happens if I do start art therapy 🙂 Will be glad to share my experience here 🙂
Hope you enjoy using the colouring apps! (Intend to do a review of the apps I’ve tried – an overdue post!)
