My group therapy mate, A, said this workbook really helped her with getting over her mom. I’m thinking it may help me too.

The Language of Letting Go:

Daily Meditations for Codependents

— by Melody Beattie

The Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie

We read this book’s daily meditations at CoDependents Anonymous meetings that I attend.

I also write weekly reflections from The Language of Letting Go based on the day’s meditation read out loud at each meeting.

I personally have also downloaded the mobile app! It’s really handy. Since I’m mostly attached to my phone, I can refer to it really easily. Also, it alerts you on the daily readings, if you switch on the Notifications under Settings on your phone. This helps me read the day’s meditation when I’m on the go just before the weekly meeting if I hadn’t had the chance to earlier in the day.

You can download it here… (it costs USD$6.99)
